We are Javier Muriel and Helena Chacón, and we are passionate about geology and environmental education. We created Geolatra to share our admiration for the planet and contribute to a movement that promotes environmental awareness, knowledge of the Earth sciences and respect for biodiversity.

You’ll find us in Navahermosa, a hamlet of Galaroza (Huelva), right in the heart of the Sierra de Aracena and Picos de Aroche Natural Park
